General Return Policy
Wolf Garten USA takes pride in offering the best customer service on the web. Returns of unused merchandise in their original packaging will be accepted for full refund up to 30 days after purchase order date. After 30 days we reserve the right to discuss any issues our customers are having with products purchased at WolfGarten.us and use our discretion whether or not the product may be returned. Customers are responsible for paying the return freight to return the products back to us. If you would like a pre-paid UPS return label mailed to you, please call us. The cost of the pre-paid mailing label will be deducted from your refund.
